Your tour begins in the St. James Block while enjoying the first pairing, you’ll learn about the monk’s mission for greater sustainability in all aspects of their life. Then board the Sacramento River Ecotours Unimog where you will be shuttled through the wildlife corridor along Deer Creek. The final destination leads you to the rarely seen Poor Souls Block. Enjoy exceptional bites and perfectly paired wine throughout your excursion.
