This French Rhone varietal does exceptionally well in California. Its fragrance is of light violet with prominent apricot, pineapple and apple aromas. It has a full body with peach and dried apricot flavors. It has a fruit forward finish that is bright and crisp. Acidic foods will bring out its fruit flavors. Classic Viognier!
