Soft or Tart? Why not try both!
This Italian varietal is made exactly the same except the "Soft" has a completed malolactic fermentation and the "Tart"does not. The result for the soft version is a fuller and creamier wine with butter and almond flavors. For the tart version it is crisp and bright with green apple and apricot flavors. Can you tell the difference?
