In honor of Beaujolais Nouveau's, we make an American version just in time for Thanksgiving dinner. It is made with the Tempranillo grape, employing a carbonic maceration . The wine has an vibrant purple-red color with bright cranberry, mixed red berry and strawberry aromas and flavors. Tart and crisp finish with subtle tannins. Light effervescence because it is so "Nouveau"!
