This coral-red rose bursts with ripe strawberry and white cherry aromas and flavors. We made it by steeping the skins as cold as we could for 12 hours before pressing. This Italian varietal made in a rose-all-day style is light, almost bone dry, but not quite and very refreshing. The finish resonates strawberry, fruit punch and raspberry flavors.
