In honor of Fr. Thomas X. Davis, former Abbot and one of our founders of New Clairvaux Vineyard, this wine is a blend of Vina Syrah and Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is dark garnet red with a slight classic Cab herbatious nose. The flavors are of clove and cinnomon with cherry and a hinty of licorious. Medium tannins.
