In honor of Beaujolais Nouveau's, we make an American version just in time for Thanksgiving dinner. It is made by carbonic maceration and made from Tempranillo grapes. The wine has a vibrant purple-red color with fresh strawberry, bananna and red berry aromas and flavors. It is bottled very young and still has a slight effervescence.
