About This Item

Originally brought to Iberia (Spain) in the 12th century by Benedictine monks from the Cluny Abbey. Its name translates to the "White of the Rhine". Ours is crisp and tart with aromas of peach, apricot and lime. The flavors are similar to the aromas, but there is a pronounce ripe peach with a sweet butter and lemon flavor with a crisp finish.
